FUND RAISERS

One of the wonderful thing about our endeavor is that it brings out the best in people. Many people from the community have helped us organize fundraisers. Here are some examples of local fundraising. If one of them fits your interest, please contact us and we would love to help you organize an event. In each case, we will support you with press releases, information sheets, flyers and ad copy.

We encourage local involvement in community fund raising and appreciate our volunteers who make an effort to help our students.

• Horse clubs, 4-H clubs, churches, school groups ~ a cookout or potluck event by your club
• Horse clubs ~ Organized trail ride, each rider brings in sponsorship money, a judged trail ride or a horse show.
• Work with local restaurants to sponsor support. These can be set up a number of different ways, and are generally fairly easy to get promotional publicity for. Either using coupons, or during a certain time period, or by signing up, every dinner purchased under the given conditions, the restaurant donates a portion of the meal to the fund.
